Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Call customers about product requirements and explain products over the phone.
- Monitor weekly CRM strategy implementation and process excellence.
- Analyze and forecast primary and secondary sales data, including MOM planning and customer segmentation.
- Manage brand promotion, business development, marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and key accounts.
- Handle sales follow-ups, quotations, order confirmation emails, and customer calls.
- Train field staff, conduct cycle meetings, and support team performance.
- Assign salespersons for handover documentation, obtain signatures, and coordinate after-sales handover.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong conversational ability are required.
- Candidates should be presentable, able to multitask, and willing to work from the office.
- An engineering background is highly preferable; an MBA is also mentioned.
