About the Role

  • GoMining is building the next generation of the Bitcoin economy, transforming Bitcoin into an everyday financial tool.
  • GoBTC Pay is expanding its payment ecosystem by integrating with banks, digital wallets, fintech platforms, and crypto infrastructure providers.
  • The Business Development Manager will drive expansion by securing commercial partnerships with financial institutions and digital payment platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close partnerships with banks, digital wallets, fintech companies, payment providers, and crypto platforms.
  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline of strategic accounts.
  • Own the entire business development cycle from outreach through signed agreements and successful launch.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with senior decision makers.
  • Coordinate API integration projects with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Develop business cases and commercial proposals tailored to each partner.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance throughout the partnership process.
  • Launch joint go to market and co marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase transaction volume.
  • Represent GoBTC Pay at industry events and executive meetings.
  • Provide market insights and partnership feedback to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of closing complex B2B or enterprise partnerships.
  • Experience working with banks, payment providers, fintech companies, digital wallets, or crypto businesses.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of API based products, payment infrastructure, or technical integrations.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English.
