🎯 What You’ll Do
- Hunt.
- Build.

- Proactively hunt new business across banks and financial institutions in the UAE
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
- Grow existing accounts by spotting new opportunities, adjacencies, and upsell potential
- Position Sphere IT’s ITES offerings with confidence, clarity, and conviction
- Navigate long sales cycles with patience, persistence, and positivity
- Collaborate closely with delivery, leadership, and strategy teams to close deals that actually deliver
- Represent Sphere IT at industry events, forums, client meetings, and the occasional power coff ee ☕
- Keep your pipeline alive, realistic, and moving forward
Experience & Domain
- 3–5 years of experience selling IT / ITES services to Banks
- Strong understanding of how banks think, buy, and decide
- Proven ability to open doors and close conversations meaningfully
Communication & Presence
- Excellent spoken English — confident, clear, and conversational
- Arabic speaking skills are a big plus (but not mandatory)
- Articulate, sharp, and able to hold your own with senior stakeholders
Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- High emotional intelligence and people skills
- Natural networker and social door-opener
- Positive attitude, resilience, and genuine curiosity
- Self-starter mindset — you don’t need micromanagement to move
