About the Role
Shift is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with relationships in the commercial and asset finance broker channel.
The role drives revenue growth through the broker network and contributes to customer-centric outcomes, brand development, and industry representation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Activate new brokers while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
- Onboard, train, and support the growth of new brokers.
- Represent Shift at aggregator and industry events and finance sector presentations.
- Foster trust and long-term partnerships with brokers.
- Manage relationships with key aggregator sales personnel at state level.
- Increase Shift’s brand awareness across the assigned region.
- Monitor market and industry trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
