Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agents, DMCs, and corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to achieve sales targets
- Promote tourism products including tours, attractions, activities, and travel services
- Manage existing B2B accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with potential partners
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B tourism sales/business development in UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tourism products, attractions, and travel market
- Established network with travel agencies and B2B partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
