Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven **Business Development Manager** to join our Interior Fit-Out team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in **interior fit-out / construction / contracting industry**
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, office)
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- UAE market experience will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and corporate clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
