Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and industry events
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through contract signing
- Develop relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, Business Unit Heads, Sales Leaders and Procurement teams
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate marketing, branding, event, digital and demand generation solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations in collaboration with strategy and client servicing teams
- Present agency capabilities confidently to prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery
- Represent TBM at networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings across the GCC
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven business development or sales experience
- Previous experience in an Events Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, or Integrated Marketing Agency
- Proven experience acquiring new corporate clients and consistently achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of Corporate Events, Conferences, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- We partner with global technology vendors, distributors and channel partners to deliver demand generation, executive events, conferences, experiential marketing, branding, digital marketing and strategic marketing campaigns.
About the Role
- This role is focused entirely on new business development.
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their marketing objectives and converting those opportunities into long term business partnerships.
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, has experience working within an agency environment and understands how corporate events and integrated marketing campaigns are sold.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Atleast 4 years of proven business development or sales experience.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Events Agency, Experiential Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Integrated Marketing Agency
- Proven experience acquiring new corporate clients and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of: Corporate Events, Conferences & Summits, Executive Roundtables, Exhibitions & Trade Shows, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Digital Marketing
- Existing network within the UAE corporate market would be an advantage.
- Experience selling to enterprise organizations or technology companies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
