Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong UAE market knowledge and hands-on experience in the automobile workshop industry.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years UAE experience in automobile business development
- Multi-brand workshop experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of aftersales, service operations, and customer handling
- Experience in business growth, client acquisition, and partnership development
- Ability to generate fleet, insurance, and corporate business opportunities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
