Job Summary

  • Fursa Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and results driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Aramco projects, vendor registrations, tendering, and subcontracting opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have an established network within Aramco contractors and major industrial companies and will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with Aramco, Aramco contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and key decision makers.
  • Monitor and identify upcoming tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and project opportunities.
  • Manage vendor registration processes and prequalification requirements.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Promote the company's contracting, manpower supply, maintenance, and construction services.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and provide regular business development reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the Saudi construction, industrial, or oil & gas sector.
  • Proven experience with Aramco projects and major Aramco contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor registration, tendering, bidding, and procurement processes.
  • Established network with EPC contractors, procurement departments, and project management teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
