Cinque Software Trading is seeking a Business Development Manager with 7-10 years of experience in IT software sales, specifically in Fintech products like payments, remittances, and AML/CFT compliance.

Responsibilities
- Hunt and form business opportunities with banking sector, financial institutions, money exchange houses, remittance services, and AML compliance related sectors
- Manage and retain client relationships and engagement with existing accounts
- Contact potential clients to establish relationships and set up meetings to increase client database
- Achieve business targets to increase existing and new client revenue
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/prospects/partners
- Research business opportunities and new sectors
- Analyze gaps and suggest product enhancements in line with market/client requirements
- Manage product demos for new/existing clients
- Update Salesforce or other CRM
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in sale of IT Software with exposure to Fintech products (Payments, remittances and AML/CFT compliance)
- Banking and Compliance domain experience and knowledge
- Ability to manage, guide and support a team

- Ability to manage, guide and support a team
Pay
- AED 6,000.00 AED 12,000.00 per month
