Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across cross border payments, fintech, and digital asset solutions
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients and partners
- Manage a sales pipeline, conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations
- Coordinate solution proposals with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with advisory and operations teams to align client needs with appropriate payment, fintech, and regulatory solutions
- Support negotiations, contracts, and long term partnership structures
- Track market trends, attend industry events, and provide feedback to leadership on product and service enhancements
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building
- Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or digital assets
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven capability in strategic account management, stakeholder coordination, and cross functional collaboration
- Comfort working in a fast paced, international environment with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in English is required

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on site position based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across cross border payments, fintech, and digital asset solutions.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Manage a sales pipeline, conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations.
- Coordinate solution proposals with internal and external stakeholders.
