About the Role
Adnovs Global seeks an experienced Business Development Manager for air freight in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in logistics/freight forwarding sales, a strong client network in UAE, and fluency in English and Arabic.

- Prior experience in logistics/freight forwarding, specially in air freight division
- Existing client network in UAE is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long term clients
- Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
