- Location: Remote Dubai
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing operator accounts and act as the main commercial contact.
- Build strong, long term relationships with clients and understand their commercial objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
- Drive upselling and cross selling of products, content and additional solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client engagement.
- Resolve commercial issues promptly to maximise retention and account growth.
- Identify, qualify and engage new business opportunities across the region.
- Build relationships with prospective operators from initial outreach through to contract signature.
- Deliver commercial presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Coordinate successful onboarding with internal teams.
- Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with operators, suppliers and industry partners.
