Overview

  • Our client is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. This is a hybrid role combining the management of existing operator accounts with a strong focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region.
  • Location: Remote Dubai

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing operator accounts and act as the main commercial contact.
  • Build strong, long term relationships with clients and understand their commercial objectives.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Drive upselling and cross selling of products, content and additional solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Resolve commercial issues promptly to maximise retention and account growth.
  • Identify, qualify and engage new business opportunities across the region.
  • Build relationships with prospective operators from initial outreach through to contract signature.
  • Deliver commercial presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Coordinate successful onboarding with internal teams.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with operators, suppliers and industry partners.
