Overview

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors: industrial manufacturing, cement, metals, extrusions, mining, district cooling, and facilities management.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline targeting AED 4 to 6M in annual new business within the first 18 months.
- Develop relationships with procurement managers, maintenance heads, and project managers at target organizations across UAE industrial zones (Jebel Ali, KIZAD, DIC, Musaffah, Sharjah Industrial Area).
- Manage the vendor prequalification process for new client registrations, including government entities, semi-government organizations, free zones, and FM companies.
- Lead the proposal and tendering process: prepare technical and commercial submissions in coordination with the operations team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows (e.g., Big5, ADIPEC), and networking forums to build the company's visibility.
- Maintain a system to track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market intelligence: monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and new project announcements.
- Prepare monthly BD reports covering pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop client-specific capability presentations and case studies.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
