Al Manarah Insurance Services is looking for a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to drive new business, manage sales pipeline, and deliver tailored insurance solutions, focusing on the SME segment.

Responsibilities
- Introduce new leads to the company and ensure their effective conversion into prospects and clients
- Analyze prospects and clients’ needs and requirements
- Design and propose suitable insurance programs and solutions
- Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closing
- Cross sell additional and new lines of business to existing prospects and clients
- Manage and maintain a personal pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring continuous development
- Provide regular (monthly) reporting on pipeline development and business progress
- Develop a strong understanding of the domestic insurance market, including product scope, pricing comparisons, and insurers’ responsiveness and service quality
- Stay abreast of global insurance industry developments and assess their potential impact on the domestic market
- Implement related policies and procedures in line with company standards
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for management and business tracking purposes
- Coach and support team members to ensure optimal performance (where applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales in UAE or GCC markets in General and Medical Insurance
- Fluent in English and Arabic

Qualifications
