About the Role

  • We are looking for a commission based Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Partner to help us sell immersive visualization software to real estate developers, tourism boards, hotels, resorts, destination owners, and architectural / property marketing companies.
  • This is not a salaried role. This is a commission based opportunity for someone who already has a strong B2B network and can open doors to decision makers.

About the Product

  • Our product uses drone capture and advanced 3D Gaussian Splatting technology to turn real physical spaces into interactive web and mobile experiences.
  • Potential use cases include real estate developers showing properties to international buyers, off plan sales teams presenting developments, tourism boards promoting destinations, hotels and resorts giving potential guests a realistic view, and architectural agencies offering immersive visualization

Responsibilities

  • Finding and qualifying potential B2B clients
  • Reaching out to decision makers directly
  • Booking and leading initial sales conversations
  • Presenting the product clearly to potential clients
  • Managing follow ups and client communication
  • Understanding the client’s needs and helping shape the right offer
  • Supporting pricing discussions and commercial negotiation
  • Moving the client from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Helping close the deal and coordinating handover after the client commits

Compensation

  • We provide strong commission rates, but there is no fixed base salary.
  • Commission structure: 20% of net profit from every successfully closed project that you source and close.
  • 5% recurring commission from net profit on recurring revenue from clients you bring in, such as hosting, maintenance, software access, renewals, or long term retainers.
  • Recurring commission is paid for the first 12 months of the client’s recurring payments.
  • Commission is paid only after the client has paid us and the project revenue has been received.

Ideal Candidate

  • You may be a strong fit if you have experience in B2B sales, business development, real estate, tourism, hospitality, PropTech, architecture, or technology sales.
  • You already have access to decision makers, founders, sales directors, marketing directors, developers, hotel groups, tourism organisations, or government related contacts.
  • You understand how to sell high value services or technology to companies.
  • You are comfortable working on a commission based structure.
  • You can book meetings and open doors without needing daily management.
  • You can communicate professionally with senior level clients.
  • You are based in or connected to the UAE, Korea, Saudi Arabia, wider GCC, Europe, or other real estate / tourism heavy markets.
  • You are entrepreneurial and comfortable selling a new product category.
