B2B partnerships across Middle East

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand our partner network across UAE You will be the face of Amber, building strong relationships with study abroad consultants, education agents, and international recruitment partners.

Your goal will be to drive sustainable revenue growth by strengthening partnerships and converting student leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and activate new study abroad consultants and education agents across UAE
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas education partners
  • Generate student leads and convert them into accommodation bookings
  • Represent Amber at education fairs, university events, and pre-departure briefings
  • Conduct regular partner visits and territory planning
  • Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate reporting through CRM tools

Requirements & Skills

  • Willingness to travel within UAE for partner meetings and events
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with business owners, consultants, and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing sales funnels and lead conversion
  • Field sales mindset with structured day planning
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Knowledge of the UAE overseas education market is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
