Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting our CCTV, security, IT, and technology solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, networking, and field visits.
• Meet clients and understand their security and technology requirements.
• Promote CCTV, SIRA, Access Control, Networking, IT, and ELV solutions.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in CCTV, security, IT, ELV, or technology solutions.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to generate and convert new leads.
• Willingness to conduct regular client visits across Dubai.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai business market is an advantage.
• Candidates with existing B2B client relationships are preferred.
