Role Description
Full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
Generate leads, build and sustain client relationships, drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research, demonstrate services, and prepare and follow up on proposals and contracts.
Maintain service knowledge and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients and follow up with potential clients by calls and emails.
- Maintain contact with existing clients, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
- Analyse the market, research organisations and individuals, and identify new opportunities.
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and increase engagement among current and new clients.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop client quotes and proposals and set goals for business growth.
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
- Plan for the company's financial success and contribute to its professional reputation.
Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning service operations for quality and efficiency.
- Supervise cleaning staff, monitor performance, and provide training to meet company standards.
- Coordinate with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Track KPIs and manage service delivery against company and client goals.
- Maintain cleaning supply and equipment inventory and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management or a cleaning company is required.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least two years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years of UAE experience in facilities management or a cleaning company.
- Active UAE driving license required; owning a vehicle is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, creativity, project management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of deep cleaning and technical aspects of site visits.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and focus on customers and markets.
- Experience with social media is mentioned as a desirable capability.
