The Business Development Manager identifies business opportunities, builds client relationships, and drives company growth.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Create and present proposals aligned with client needs and company offerings.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and other contract terms.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and technical teams.
Report business development activities, progress, and results to management.

Strong background in generating corporate or B2B leads.
Strong client network within Qatar.
Experience with cold calling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinking, initiative, and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.
