Role Overview
Savoy Insurance Brokers is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Doha, Qatar.
The role focuses on business development, networking, and insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across corporate and SME segments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote motor, medical, and general insurance solutions.
- Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales or business development is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
- Qatar driving license is preferred.
