Build and scale MAPSEDU's education-agent network across the Middle East.

Recruit, train, and onboard agents and consultants who represent MAPSEDU and support student placements into international educational institutions.

The work location is in person.

Conduct market research to identify education agents, recruitment consultants, and institutional partners.
Map the competitive landscape, assess agent capabilities, and identify regional coverage gaps.
Develop strategic plans to recruit high-performing agents and build a scalable partner network.

Identify, approach, and recruit qualified education agents and consultants.
Build relationships with agents, institutional partners, and education-sector stakeholders.
Negotiate partnership agreements and define performance expectations, commission structures, and compliance requirements.

Design and deliver onboarding programs covering services, institution partnerships, admission requirements, and compliance standards.
Provide product training on MAPSEDU offerings, positioning, and value propositions.
Create training materials and resources for consistent agent representation.
Provide marketing collateral, localized content, ongoing support, and troubleshooting.

Track lead generation, conversion rates, student placement volumes, and other agent performance metrics.
Monitor compliance with policies, ethical standards, and regional regulations.
Establish lead-management processes and help agents improve application-to-enrollment conversion.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to optimize agent effectiveness.

Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, alternative pathways, and market dynamics.
Represent MAPSEDU to agents and institutional partners and uphold brand standards.
Establish governance frameworks and service-level agreements for the partner network.
Conduct due diligence and maintain accurate agreements, certifications, and compliance records.

Organize recruitment roadshows, training events, webinars, workshops, and networking forums.
Track recruitment pipelines, onboarding progress, network expansion, performance trends, and revenue contribution.
Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for recruitment, retention, and profitability.

Bachelor's degree in business, education, international relations, or a related field.
Two to five years of experience in B2B partner recruitment, agent management, or channel development in education or consulting.
Proven record of recruiting and building high-performance partner networks.
Experience with agent training, enablement, and onboarding programs.
Strong understanding of the education sector and international student pathways.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools.
Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and multicultural collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with the Middle East education market is preferred but not required.

Pay is AED 5,242.15 to AED 10,216.68 per month.
