Join IDX as its first dedicated hire in the Middle East and help establish the company's regional presence.
Build client partnerships, drive new opportunities, and support service delivery across the region.
Work with the Chief Growth Officer, Global Business Development Director, and Head of Middle East.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build IDX's profile and awareness across the Middle East as a visible market presence.
- Identify and open new business opportunities and convert interest into pipeline.
- Own day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of Middle East clients.
- Provide ongoing service support for clients' digital communications.
- Represent IDX at regional conferences and industry or networking events.
- Collaborate with internal departments to communicate client needs and support delivery.
- Manage communications and follow-ups to keep projects and stakeholders on track.
- Provide market and client insights for strategic decision-making.
- Help shape IDX's Middle East operation.
About You
- Experience in business development, sales support, or client-facing roles, with a track record of opening opportunities and building relationships.
- Background in corporate communications, investor relations, or digital communications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong experience across the UAE and wider Middle East market.
- Comfort working independently and pragmatically within a small, growing regional team.
