Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales and business development activities to achieve revenue, utilisation, and growth targets
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive engagement and market intelligence
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and award
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans
- Secure approved vendor status and establish Master Service Agreements with key target clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Engage with senior decision makers and deliver compelling commercial and technical presentations
- Represent ROVOP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Maintain strong understanding of subsea, vessel, offshore, and ROV market dynamics
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support business planning
Requirements
- Strong track record of delivering sales growth and securing new business opportunities
- Experience managing complex sales processes and commercial negotiations
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of offshore operations, subsea services, vessels, and/or ROV operations
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands on approach to business development
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East and APAC regions as required

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead regional sales and business development activities to achieve ambitious revenue, utilisation, and growth targets.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive engagement, networking, and market intelligence.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to contract negotiation and award.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans that deliver measurable business growth.
- Secure approved vendor status and establish Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with key target clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Engage confidently with senior decision makers and deliver compelling commercial and technical presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying challenges and developing tailored solutions.
- Represent ROVOP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities throughout the region.
- Maintain a strong understanding of subsea, vessel, offshore, and ROV market dynamics.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional developments.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations.
