About the Role
Safety First Medical Services seeks a Business Development Lead in Abu Dhabi to develop new business opportunities for healthcare and non-healthcare training programs. The role requires an Arabic speaker with UAE experience, proven business development skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

- Develop new business opportunities across healthcare, corporate, and government sectors.
- Promote accredited healthcare and non healthcare training programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Represent Safety First Medical Services at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker (Fluent in Arabic & English).
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Abu Dhabi market experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or corporate training services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
