KUMANO CONSULTING seeks a proactive professional to generate qualified business opportunities across the UAE market. You will identify prospects, build pipelines, and schedule meetings for the consulting team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients across target industries
- Build and maintain a pipeline of decision makers (Owners, CEOs, CFOs and senior executives)
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, telephone, networking and referrals
- Schedule meetings for the consulting team with qualified prospects
- Manage follow ups and maintain an organised CRM pipeline
- Support business development campaigns and achieve monthly lead generation targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE/GCC B2B lead generation or business development experience
- Experience in professional services such as Accounting, Tax, Audit, Compliance, Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking, ERP or similar sectors
- Strong communication, research and relationship building skills
- Confident engaging with senior business leaders
- Self motivated, target oriented and comfortable working in a fast growing consulting environment
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is preferred
