Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive revenue growth for WMD
- Prospect and qualify leads
- Conduct discovery calls
- Prepare and present tailored proposals
- Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
- Track sales performance, manage pipeline, provide market and competitor insights
- Contribute to refinement of go to market strategies for automotive clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the automotive industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, including use of CRM tools and data to drive decisions
- Ability to translate client needs into clear, value focused proposals and presentations, with solid negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., performance marketing, lead generation, branding) and how they apply to automotive businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with comfort working in a metrics driven environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant industry certifications or MBA are advantageous
