Role Overview
Business Development Lead focused on B2B institutional partnerships in healthcare, early childhood care, and caregiving services.
The role embeds professional baby caregiver and nanny services into institutional care ecosystems through referral and co-branded care pathways.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based on-site and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard maternity hospitals, obstetric and gynecological clinics, birthing centers, and early learning centers.
- Structure institutional workflows such as hospital discharge care packages, pediatric clinic referral desks, and playschool after-hours infant care programs.
- Manage relationships with hospital administrators, medical superintendents, clinical heads, preschool founders, and center directors.
- Lead contracts, commercials, service-level agreements, revenue-sharing, and co-marketing frameworks through legal sign-off.
- Coordinate joint marketing, staff briefings, and collateral to support partner recommendations.
- Own lead generation, proposals, conversion, partner retention, and referral volume.
