Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT AMC services (hardware, software, networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold visits, networking, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
- Meet corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprises to understand IT support and maintenance requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and AMC agreements
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in line with company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing AMC clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, contracts, and follow ups in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and IT service offerings in the UAE
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably IT AMC in the UAE
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support services, and maintenance contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage long term client relationships
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary

UAE Specific Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
