Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results driven Business Development Executive to generate and manage business opportunities for IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT AMC services (hardware, software, networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, cold visits, networking, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
  • Meet corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprises to understand IT support and maintenance requirements
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and AMC agreements
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in line with company policies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing AMC clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, contracts, and follow ups in CRM
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and IT service offerings in the UAE

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • Excellent Writing and Communication Skills in English
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably IT AMC in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support services, and maintenance contracts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage long term client relationships
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

UAE Specific Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Experience dealing with Dubai/UAE based clients and business regulations
  • Knowledge of local market and procurement processes is an advantage
