Job Summary

  • Lead and develop growth opportunities in the company by exploring and evaluating investment opportunities in the real estate sector, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the real estate project portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify investment and expansion opportunities in current and new markets.
  • Study and analyze market and competitors to identify growth areas.
  • Build strategic relationships with clients and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and conclude agreements and business partnerships.
  • Develop plans to increase revenue and achieve sustainable growth.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
  • Search for suitable land and investment sites and evaluate them.
  • Build financial models for projects using discounted cash flows (DCF).
  • Analyze investment feasibility indicators: IRR, NPV.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project success.
  • Identify risks associated with investment opportunities and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in business development or project management preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate development or business development, with experience in project management or real estate investments.

Skills and Reports

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build teams.
  • High ability to analyze market and identify opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • High strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business development performance and investment opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified investment opportunities annually.
  • Value of closed deals (acquisitions) annually.
  • Number of signed strategic partnerships.
  • Conversion rate of opportunities to actual projects.
  • Total expected profits from new projects.
