Role Overview
MantraCare is hiring a Business Development Intern for its healthcare, mental health, and wellness business.
The role supports the business development and sales team and is scheduled for six months.
The work mode is full-time and remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research corporate clients, HR professionals, companies, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, understand client requirements, and present relevant solutions.
- Follow up with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with the senior BD and sales team.
- Maintain CRM records, lead trackers, and follow-up records.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research and coordinate client onboarding with internal teams.
- Track outreach, meetings, conversions, and assigned business-development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior internship experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is preferred.
