Maven Insights is a regional boutique management consulting firm with offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

The firm works with organizations across EMEA in telecom, government, technology, banking, insurance, real estate, retail, and transportation.

The company is seeking motivated fresh graduates from Business Administration faculties for an internship in its Commercial Strategy team.

Support preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and RFP responses.
Gather technical, commercial, and administrative inputs from internal teams.
Track proposal timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
Maintain proposal records, sales pipeline data, and CRM information.
Conduct market, client, competitor, and procurement research.
Monitor procurement portals and tender platforms for opportunities and updates.
Assist with vendor registrations, supplier prequalification, and compliance documentation.
Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, credentials, and other business development materials.
Update CRM records with client information, contacts, and opportunity status.
Prepare business development reports and proposal performance summaries.
Coordinate meetings, communications, follow-ups, and action items.
Perform ad hoc research and administrative tasks for business development and proposal management.

Gain hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and business development within a management consulting firm.
Work with experienced consultants on strategic pursuits, market research, and client proposals.
Develop project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across regional markets.

Fresh graduate from a Business Administration faculty.
Ability to support proposal development, bid management, and business development activities.
Ability to conduct market, client, competitor, and procurement research.
Ability to coordinate stakeholders, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
