Role Overview
Aethera Talents is a pre-launch recruitment consultancy building its client network and approach to connecting companies with talent.
The Business Development Intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, recruitment business development, and startup building.
The intern will work directly with the founder and support early-stage sales and business development rather than only administrative tasks.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Remote.
Internship Terms
- The initial internship period is four weeks and is unpaid.
- Continuation is not guaranteed and depends on performance, initiative, learning ability, consistency, and mutual fit.
- Any future paid or commission-based opportunity would be discussed separately and subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Research companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
- Identify founders, HR managers, talent acquisition managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
