About the Role
ESAW Premium Student Living is hiring a Business Development Executive to strengthen university partnerships and grow the network of education agents in Dubai. The role involves relationship management, market research, and representing the brand at events.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and education institutions
- Build and manage partnerships with education agents and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to occupancy growth
- Represent ESAW at education fairs, networking events and industry functions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand awareness activities
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and reports
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure exceptional student experience
- Maintain and develop long term relationships with partners through regular engagement and follow up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Sales
- Experience within education, student accommodation, hospitality or real estate is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, organised and results oriented
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

What We're Looking For

- Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
- Self motivated, organised and results oriented.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 9,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
