- Identify and approach landlords, property owners, developers, and investment groups
- Secure new buildings, villas, and apartment portfolios for property management
- Build strong relationships with owners to understand their property needs
- Pitch management services, leasing, maintenance, tenant handling, and facility operations
- Conduct market research to track new projects, vacant buildings, and opportunities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets for property onboarding
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and report progress regularly
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate / property management / business development in UAE
- Strong network of landlords, brokers, and property owners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Presentable, confident, and target oriented
- UAE driving license will be an advantage

Overview
