About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive to join our software development company.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities independently, identifying potential clients, arranging and attending meetings, presenting our software development services, negotiating with clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Identify potential clients and schedule business meetings.
  • Present the company's software development services professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
  • Work closely with our technical team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, or software sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and target driven.
  • Ability to generate leads independently without relying on company provided prospects.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A valid Qatar driving license is a plus.

Compensation

  • Performance based trial period.
  • Full time salary plus commission upon successful completion of the trial period and achievement of the required target.

Trial Period

  • The position begins with a 2 month performance based trial period.
  • During this period, the primary objective is to secure QAR 50,000 worth of signed software development projects.
  • Candidates who successfully achieve this target will be offered a full time position with a competitive monthly salary in addition to commission.

Additional Information

  • Pay: QAR2,494.18 QAR8,784.72 per month
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha
