Position Overview

  • DAL Technology is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and results driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth and market expansion across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, online research, field visits, exhibitions, and business events
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government entities, banks, enterprises, SMEs, and private sector organizations
  • Promote DAL Technology’s solutions and services, including AI and Automation Solutions, Cloud and Cybersecurity Services, FinTech and Digital Banking Solutions, IoT and Smart Systems, Telematics and Mobility Solutions, SaaS Products, Digital Transformation Services, Software and Mobile Application D
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, presentations, commercial offers, and expressions of interest
  • Coordinate with technical, pre sales, finance, and project teams to develop suitable solutions for clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract closure
  • Follow up continuously on submitted proposals and active opportunities
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using the company’s CRM or reporting system

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

  • Understand each client’s business requirements, challenges, budget, and decision making process
  • Recommend suitable DAL Technology solutions based on the client’s operational and technical needs
  • Develop long term relationships with clients and key decision makers
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover
  • Support customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project delivery cycle
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling, renewals, and additional services

Key Responsibilities Market Development and Partnerships

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
  • Identify new industries, sectors, geographical areas, and customer segments
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential technology partners, consultants, resellers, and referral partners
  • Support the company’s registration with government entities, large enterprises, procurement portals, and vendor databases
  • Monitor relevant tenders, requests for proposals, and procurement opportunities
  • Represent DAL Technology at exhibitions, conferences, networking events, seminars, and business meetings
  • Support marketing campaigns by generating leads and converting marketing activities into business opportunities
  • Provide management with market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information

Key Responsibilities Reporting and Performance Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports
  • Provide accurate updates on new leads generated, client meetings conducted, proposals submitted, opportunities under negotiation, expected revenue, closed deals, payment and collection status
  • Maintain professional documentation for all sales and client activities
  • Provide realistic sales forecasts and expected closing dates
  • Attend internal sales and management meetings
  • Follow the company’s sales procedures, pricing policies, approval processes, and reporting requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or technology sales within the UAE
  • Previous experience in ICT, software, cloud services, cybersecurity, FinTech, IoT, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital transformation is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of the UAE business environment and customer expectations
  • Ability to communicate confidently with business owners, executives, department managers, procurement teams, and technical teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong lead generation, follow up, and closing capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, email communication, and online research
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client visits, meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities

Salary and Compensation Package

  • Monthly basic salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000
  • Attractive commission on successfully closed and collected business
  • Performance incentives based on achievement of sales targets, lead generation, strategic client acquisition, etc.
  • Marketing and business development incentives for high value clients, new market opportunities, etc.
  • Company vehicle provided for official business activities
