Company Description

Role Description

  • This internship role for a Business Development Executive / Sales Solution Engineer focuses on supporting sales and pre sales efforts across cloud, AI, datacenter, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • The position is hybrid, based in Dubai with a mix of on site client and office meetings and some work from home flexibility.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Researching target markets, identifying and qualifying leads in UAE, USA, and Pakistan
  • Assisting in new business development initiatives
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and solution overviews
  • Collaborating with technical teams to translate customer requirements into appropriate SST offerings
  • Maintaining CRM data, supporting account managers with follow ups and renewals
  • Contributing to marketing or outreach activities such as events, campaigns, or webinars

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients via LinkedIn, email, and call outreach
  • Client meetings, requirement gathering, solution discussions
  • Vendor coordination, proposal preparation, CRM/Odoo updates
  • Quotation follow ups and payment coordination support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications in cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or datacenter technologies are desirable
  • Previous experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware sales, system integration, or technology solutions sales will be preferred

Compensation

  • Quarterly target: USD 10,000 gross profit
  • Commission: 7% of individual gross profit after achieving the quarterly GP target
