Overview
Galaxy Technical Services LLC is a Facilities Management company based in Dubai, specializing in AC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
We deliver Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), one-time projects and MEP maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial and high-end residential clients across Dubai.
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of new client acquisition across our target sectors.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for generating new business through cold calls, site visits, LinkedIn outreach and networking within the FM and MEP sector.
You will identify and approach facility managers, operations heads and procurement managers in commercial offices, industrial facilities, healthcare centers, hospitality properties and premium residential communities.
You will prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team, follow up persistently until closure, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
You will be expected to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and report your pipeline clearly and regularly.
