Role Overview
V HOPE Medical Center is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support growth of its medical and aesthetic services.
The role focuses on lead generation, appointment conversion, partnerships, promotional activity, patient referrals, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Conduct corporate, community, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Build partnerships with companies, hotels, gyms, salons, pharmacies, and other relevant organizations.
- Coordinate social media, digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Promote medical, aesthetic, laser, dental, dermatology, and gynaecology services.
- Identify referral channels, support patient retention and re-engagement, and maintain performance records.
- Achieve monthly business-development and revenue targets and submit activity reports to management.
- Ensure promotional activities comply with applicable healthcare advertising requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- UAE medical center, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare organization experience is preferred.
- Understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and field marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as AED 3,500–4,500 per month, depending on qualifications and relevant experience, plus performance-based incentives.

- Work location is in person.
