Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive / Sales Executive with proven expertise in sales & Marketing to drive business growth within the manpower and construction project sector.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to generate, manage, and close leads
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower supply sector and expand client base.
- Generate leads through direct client meetings, cold calling, networking, and online marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand workforce and project requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience
- similar field: 3 years (Required)
License And Certification
- UAE driving license (Required)
