Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager with UAE market exposure in Trading, Distribution, FMCG, Technology, or Solution Selling.

The role involves generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, expanding distribution networks, and driving revenue growth across multiple business verticals under Praya Holding.

The position also offers strong opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and performance-based incentives across categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple verticals
  • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and strategic partners
  • Expand sales and distribution channels across the UAE market
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close business opportunities
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities across group entities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations
  • Explore opportunities in E-commerce, marketplaces, and digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client servicing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of UAE Business Development or Sales experience
  • Strong UAE market network and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in distribution, channel sales, or solution selling
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month
