About the Role
EENOKI Infra Consultancy is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand its client network and grow its MEP consultancy business.
The role involves building professional relationships, identifying business opportunities, and owning the sales process from lead generation through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, proposal coordination, and closing.
- Research market trends, identify customer segments, monitor competitors, and contribute to growth strategies.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and report on leads, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in MEP, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and closing.
