Overview
We are seeking a motivated and well connected Business Development Executive to join our growing landscaping and outdoor design company in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, architects, developers, and high-end residential clients, and supporting the company’s growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct cold outreach and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, and property owners
- Attend site visits and client meetings
- Coordinate with internal team to prepare proposals and quotations
- Maintain a structured pipeline of qualified prospects
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in business development or B2B sales
- Experience in landscaping, construction, interior design, real estate, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and confident personality
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- UAE driving license preferred
Compensation
- Basic salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AED
- Attractive commission structure (paid on successfully secured projects)
