About OSUS Logistics
OSUS Logistics provides solutions across freight forwarding, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics operations.
The company is seeking a Sales Executive to expand its customer base and logistics business in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers, importers, exporters, traders, and businesses requiring logistics services.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Promote freight forwarding, sea freight, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and related logistics solutions.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with operations to provide suitable solutions for customer logistics requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Jeddah market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or a related industry is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills are required.
- Strong follow-up and business development abilities are required.
