Business Development Executive – IT Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct online and face-to-face customer meetings.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop long-term customer and partner relationships.
• Sell a portfolio covering IT services, managed services, infrastructure, networking, ELV, data centre, and technology solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Previous UAE IT sales or business development experience is mandatory.
• Ability to generate new customers and build a pipeline independently.
• A valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.

Compensation

• The fixed salary is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
• The role includes attractive uncapped sales commission.
• Fuel reimbursement is available for approved customer-related travel.

Workplace
