Design de lujo is looking for a Business Development Executive with a proven background in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, and Decoration Works. The role involves generating new projects, visiting clients and sites, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate new Interior Fit Out, Joinery, and Decoration projects
- Visit clients, consultants, developers, and project sites regularly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for project pricing and proposals
- Follow up on submitted quotations and close deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit Out / Joinery / Decoration industry in UAE
- Existing network and relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, real estate companies, and project decision makers
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified project leads
