About the role
YK Lifespaces is a Hyderabad-based interior design and architecture firm serving homeowners with end-to-end residential design and execution services.
The Business Development Executive will convert enquiries into qualified prospects, consultations, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and confirmed projects.
The role works closely with the founder, design team, and project management team.
Sales process and client management
- Respond to leads from digital marketing, referrals, websites, social media, and other sources, and maintain accurate lead information.
- Qualify clients by recording property details, interior scope, budget, possession status, start date, decision-makers, priorities, and competition.
- Consult with homeowners, explain services, understand expectations and concerns, schedule consultations, and coordinate site visits.
- Coordinate proposals and quotations, present scope, pricing, materials, processes, and timelines, handle objections, and follow up to closure.
- Negotiate within company guidelines, coordinate approvals, follow up on bookings and advances, and hand over confirmed projects.
- Maintain client relationships, encourage referrals and repeat business, and support a positive client experience.
