We are seeking a results-oriented and dynamic **Business Development Executive (Female)** to join our team.
This role is focused on expanding our footprint within the interior design and fit-out sector through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and secure new project opportunities within the interior design and home services sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, developers, and corporate clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to meet monthly revenue targets and increase market share.
- Site Consultations: Attend on-site meetings to present service proposals and evaluate project requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, specifically within Interior Design, Fit-out, or related services.
- Gender: Female candidate.
- License: Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the local interior design industry and current market trends.
- Professionalism: Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
Remuneration
- Salary: Competitive; strictly as per UAE industry standards based on experience.
