Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, facility management, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
- Promote HSE services, training programs, manpower supply, and safety consultancy solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Coordinate with operations and HSE teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and submit regular sales and business development reports
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
- HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE Driving License is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Summary
- Darb Al Sahala Building Maintenance SPS LLC is seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Executive with a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) background.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting HSE related services and solutions across various industries.
